In consideration of being permitted to participate in the 2025 Presentation Day at the Geraldton Yacht Club ("the Event"), I, the undersigned participant, hereby acknowledge, understand, and agree to the following terms and conditions:

Acknowledgment of Risk: I understand that attending the Event involves certain inherent risks, including, but not limited to, food allergies, dietary restrictions, accidents, or incidents related to the event venue, and other potential hazards. I acknowledge that I am attending the Event voluntarily and at my own risk.

Release of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, I hereby release and discharge the Geraldton Yacht Club, its officers, directors, members, employees, volunteers, agents, sponsors, and any other parties associated with the Event ("Releasees") from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action arising out of or in any way connected with my participation in the Event, including any injuries, damages, or losses, whether caused by the negligence of the Releasees or otherwise.

Photographic and Media Release: I grant permission to the Geraldton Yacht Club and its authorised agents to take photographs, video recordings, and other media of me during the Event. I understand that such media may be used for promotional, educational, or marketing purposes without compensation or prior approval.

Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Releasees from any and all liability, claims, damages, losses, or expenses, including legal fees, arising from my actions, omissions, or negligence during the Event.

I acknowledge that I have read and understood the terms and conditions of this waiver, and I voluntarily agree to its contents.
